FROM THE BOOK OF SOUNDS
Reflections

FROM THE BOOK OF SOUNDS

"Reflection is the change in direction of a wavefront at an interface between two different media so that the wavefront returns into the medium from which it originated. Common examples include the reflection of light, sound and water waves. The law of reflection says that for specular reflection the angle at which the wave is incident on the surface equals the angle at which it is reflected." (Wikipedia)

  1. What a cool subject and great reflections. You have managed to make a lovely composition from a seemingly jumbled subject. Very well done!

  4. I just read the quotes at top right of your main page and was deeply engrossed, when I came upon the quote from Kimbomac and nearly wet myself. Very well placed!

  5. You must have played around quite a bit before finding just the perfect composition for this creation. It works wonderfully with your selection. What a joy it is to listen to The Book of Sound!

  9. This is just fantastic! At first (I must confess) I didn't realise it was a reflection and wondered how you got it to float so beautifully ;-)
